Guy at guard shack great. Was out in the dock at 11:30 am said they would load me at 1400 the load was ready. It is now 2000 and I have a 3 hr drive for first delivery. They said my appointment was for 2000. Not true. It was for 1800. According to ratecon and broker. They have been putting pallets in my trailer lil all day. Weather it’s my Frieghtliner or they using it as a storage. If product is ready load it. We are human as well. We aren’t AI we do need sleep. We don’t have that privilege to clock out at a certain time go home to our families and get a good nights sleep. We have delivery appointments to keep. Never again. I was the only truck here for over 3/4 of the day. Don’t lie and say I’ll get loaded at 1400. When it won’t happen. Ty

Great place to deliver. Guard was reay friendly and directed me around the back to where the ramp is to get unloaded

Appt time 1800 Arrived 1300 Departed 1830 Overall, easy check in process. Nice and friendly staff. I arrived 5 hours before my appt, because I was losing my drive clock. The shipper checked me and put me in the dock. The shipper came out to the truck and told me the product was not ready but will load me soon. Started loading around 1700. Make sure you leave your trailer doors closed, when docking. No bathroom that I could see available but there is a Love’s less than 5 miles away from shipper.
