Blue Oyster kit was awesome, had two huge flushes that tasted delicious! I'm giving the Lion's mane kit a shot next!

UPDATE! Attached is a picture from my most recent kit. I am thrilled with my first batch of gold oysters!!š„° I am an extreme novice at growing mushrooms to say the least... I have trouble keeping even the lowest maintenance plants alive. But I do love to cook and I have been home so much this year that I decided to give this a go! Knowing that I know very little and wanting to get my bang for my buck, I had a ton of questions. The team at bluff city fungi were super responsive and helpful! I was really impressed with the result. I would post a picture but didnāt think to take oneāI was ready to put them to use! Iām now confident in my abilities and this is something I will 100% do again! Thank you!!!

I bought a kit off of them of blue oysters. I ordered from a different company a day before. Bluff City Fungiāa kit arrived first, so Iād say their shipping is fast. It at after pinning almost immediately. It grew beautiful oysters that I use for art. It was such a treat to grow them. Iām continuing to water the block in hopes that it will produce again. My only compliant would be that the instructions werenāt super clear. I YouTubeād it. Thereās lots of information available on the internet about how to take care of your log correctly.
