I got the opportunity to try the new amazing product at Rising Kale Farms... the Quackeroons! Update 2022: new products and new focus on the farm - mushrooms! His setup and operation is so cool. UPDATE 1/2023: Rising Kale Farms is continuously improving what they offer. The boxedinmushrooms dot com business is really impressive. Recently I got some Lion's Mane Mushrooms from there and made some delicious "crab" cakes. These mushrooms are so good for you! It is really cool to have a local farmer producing such a variety of unique foods.
