A great line of products that support a great mission! I have enjoyed some delicious recipes prepared with Mission Mushrooms, and I have toured their expanding growth and packaging facilities. They are always working hard to help veterans, bring the highest quality product to market, and encourage healthy, Godly living in the community. Providence Farm was a great resource while I was in AFROTC at Liberty University. Whether it was a class on how to handle finances, some wise counsel, or just a place to relax and spend time with the animals, Providence Veterans Farm was there to support me.

I have been several times at the Lynchburg farmers market. The first time we got mushrooms that were promised to taste like bacon.... And they did! The second time we got Lions Mane to make "crab cakes" and again we were not disappointed. The third time I wanted Lions Mane but there were none available. The person working suggested Elm Mushroom (I believe) so we could make "crab cakes" and she was right they were a close second to Lions mane! But the thing that really puts this establishment over the top with a 5 Star rating is that since the credit card machine was down and I had no cash the person working gave me the mushrooms because she could see I was so disappointed! She was a blessing to me and we really did enjoy her recommendations! Thank you again ... I will be back!
