Hey guys! Loved your Oyster mushroom kit! Easy little project and I really enjoyed my first harvest. Thanks for answering my questions too, this was my first time growing mushrooms and I have a lot to learn :-)
My Dad is newly retired and he does not have very many hobbies. He is very passionate about the things he loves and he is happy. We bought him this mushroom growing kit after calling Cascadia and speaking to the nicest most helpful person and because my Dad loves morel mushrooms and has a fondness for lion's mane mushrooms and we thought if he could grow his own he might pick it up as a hobby. The instructions in this kit did not click at first and no mushrooms formed. I urged my Dad to call Cascadia over and over until finally he did. Cascadia was so kind. They helped figure out the issue, put him back on track and within a week - mushrooms! He is so excited. He is already talking about oyster mushroom kits and giving kits as gifts.
