I have purchased several mushrooms varieties from Pacific Northwest Mushrooms for personal consumptions as well as adding them in my SeraiMas Malaysian food menu. I love how Alyssa explained each mushroom for its flavor and texture profile. Best part for anyone interested in adding mushrooms into their diet is to get the sampler pack, which consists of 2 or 3 different varieties.

I was able to get all my questions answered in depth while still being encouraged to be creative and have fun with the process. The mushrooms are fresh & flavorful. Types I had never tried before. The tinctures are helpful. Their customer service is friendly, considerate, thoughtful & amazing.
