Great plants. Lots of choices.

Absolutely the BEST garden center in Northwest Arkansas! Sooo much variety and inventory...like, unreal quantities, and their prices beat every other nursery around...been this way for many years. The pics I'm posting don't do it justice...it's much much larger. Just south of 412 on 112.

Don’t give them your money!!! Horrible customer service. I bought a $70 rose bush, literally the next day the plant started to die and only got worse. By day 4 the plant was almost dead. I am an experienced gardener so it was not from lack of good plant care. I called them and the lady was so mean and told me it was my fault. I asked for a refund and was told they don’t give them. After pushing they finally agreed to swap out the plant for another one. My husband was met with very aggressive responses when he took in the plant and was once again told it was my fault. I can tell you one thing, even if my care of the plant was bad (it wasn’t) it wouldn’t have started dying within a day, the plant was diseased and I have picture evidence to prove it. Overall very unprofessional and mean service. I will NEVER buy from here again, I don’t give mean people my money.

Got the wrong tree. Tried to return (lost receipt) tree was in perfect condition (had it for less than a week and their tags clearly still on the tree.

Terrible customer service!! I showed up early morning to look at trees for one of my customers as I own a company. Talked with a girl who was nice and helpful showed me a few trees and was giving me quotes. Called back later as she told me to just ask for her to get a quote for my customer if they wanted something else that we didn’t look at for them to approve and a guy answered (super rude) and said it’s their Super Bowl weekend which this was a (Friday around 1)so not the weekend and they have lots to look through and to just come up there they are to busy. 30 customers at the counter. Well why answer the phone instead of helping out the crowded room. Why have a phone number if you can’t help or answer questions? Pretty sure he was the owner. They have the highest prices around the area. Go somewhere else. Respect is a big thing for me. Good selection to look through tho.
