I ordered 10 raspberry plants and got 11..All of them are growing great and they have already spread. I will have berries this summer..Fantastic!!

I was not happy with my purchases. I order 2 each of 3 varieties of honeyberry, 1 each of two variety of currants, 1 each of 2 variety of elderberry. I had patiently been waiting on my shipment when I went online to check the order and it stated that it had been shipped out on May 1st and it was now May 20. I called the nursery and the man who answered was very pleasant and stated that thw honeyberry had not arrived yet from Canada but should arrive at the end of the week. As Monday was a holiday I specifically asked that they NOT be shipped out until Tuesday as I did not want the plants sitting in a hot truck over the holiday weekend. But my request was informed and I received my plants on Tuesday afternoon. They were in terrible condition as they were package so that planta were upside down to other plants. One plant was missing and another was not a live plant but just a plug/peat pot with a small stem(about 3 inches). The pots were crumbled and broken. I called the nursery and I got the same gentleman who promptly offered a refund for the missing plant and the plug. I doubt I will purchase plants from this nursery again.

Everything I ordered arrived completely dry and crushed. Order from Ison’s nursery next time. Blackberries and muscadines probably won’t survive. Extremely poor shipping quality.

I ordered plants from this nursery for the first time and I just received my shipment today. I would like to start off with saying that the plants look like they had a rough trip! However, I got them all out, cleaned them up and I plan on pruning the damaged parts later this evening. I will be ordering again. Thank you Pense Berry Nursery.
