I recieved my Argentine Saguaro in pristine condition! I am very happy with the size/quality and will definitely be making more purchases from Cactus Outlet. It was also very helpful having the yellow tape on it, making it easy to figure out positioning from the sun. Thank you for contributing to my desert landscape here in Southern Utah 💚🌵
I purchased a large Ocotillo in August 2025 at a cost of $319.00 from the Cactus Outlet. It was well packaged, and arrived quickly. It was not blooming and had no leaves which I thought might be normal due to stress in shipping. I assumed the plant would bloom and show leaves this spring as my other dozen Ocotillo are currently doing. It is now mid-April, and eight months since my purchase and planting. During those eight months the Ocotillo has shown no activity regarding leaving out or blooming as my other Ocotillo are presently doing (attached photo). It is likely the roots were damaged by the seller when packaging for shipment. I contacted Cactus Outlet to discuss the plants poor performance, hoping for a resolution of a partial refund, but was told to "let the plant it sit a few more months". Based on my negative experience with this purchase I will avoid doing business with Cactus Outlet in the future, and consider my loss as lesson learned.
I stopped by The Cactus Outlet today while on a day trip to Tucson. The gentleman there was one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever talked to about Cacti. This nursery is the best!!!! Bar none when it comes to cactus. Needless to say I'm hauling a Saguaro back to Texas with me. Thank you for a great experience.

Stopped at the Cactus Outlet. Had a fun time with the owner viewing all the plant options in order to make a selection just right for me. Mike was very knowledgeable and helped me select an aloe. Will definitely stop there again and recommend to friends.
