Not good customer service. They don't acknowledge you when you come into establishment. They follow you around like you are going to steal something. Not one time did they ask can I help you find something. Won't be returning!

My wife and I always enjoy shopping at the Secret Garden. The selection is wonderful. The hardest part is making up your mind on what to take home!

I love the workshops by Natalia. It might feel pricey, but with all the plants and/or tools, knowledge, support, and not having to clean up afterwards, it's definitely worth it. The staffs are incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to share their expertise about plants. They also offer a great selection of unique and interesting plants. The nursery itself is beautiful, with many photogenic, Instagram-worthy displays. It is also a pollinators heaven - naturally attracting monarch butterfly, giving them a place to rest. Minority woman owned and you can see they listen and apply customer feedback and requests.
