Love this plant shop! Angela (the owner) is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for her customers. Highly recommend Diameter’s in home consultation service; Angela really transformed my living room and patio with the design and installation of some beautiful trees and planters.
Buyer beware. I purchased a large tree and an indoor pot from Diameter Plants. The indoor pot was compromised and leaked water all over our hardwood floor. The hardwood floor is destroyed. After calling the store, they agreed to order me a liner for the pot and something to put under the pot to protect the floor. Several months went by with no follow up and now the tree is dead. I called the store to explain what happened and there was no offer for a replacement nor even a discount. There are other plant stores in the area with better customer service. You are better off shopping there.
I loved this place!! Came across this store while strolling through Sausalito and it did not disappoint! The workers were super sweet and very knowledgeable about all the species they carry, they heard me say one of the plants I bought was a gift for a friend and even wrapped it up very nicely for me and wrote a care card! Will definitely be back

Delightful and unique plant shop unlike any other. All my most special plants came from here. The staff are really helpful and patient.
