Shipped promptly as soon as the winter weather subsided a bit so the live plants would not freeze on their cross country journey. Everything was packed with great care and secured to the inside of the box as well. Will definitely be ordering again!
I bought a large order online from this store online. I paid for expedited shipping. The owner had a personal issue and didn’t contact me until I inquired after the order should have arrived. She was nice enough to refund the shipping fee. When I finally did receive my order, the 3D printed pots and trellises were a complete disaster. See pictures. Looks like they were snapped apart with no care for the overall quality. I have a smaller 3D printer as a hobby and understand designs don’t come out perfect but this is insane. While the fungus gnat supplies I ordered are fine, there are tons of excellent Etsy and plant shops out there that sell quality products, even when they’re 3D printed. Save your time, money and effort. Just shop elsewhere.
I just bought my second single leaf Albo cutting. All I can say is the product is beautiful and the packing and shipping is second to none! I love Pretty in green and buy all my beautiful Albo's from them!
