The staff was incredible but i felt like prices were absurd. We paid $330 for the tree which wasn’t as big or beautiful as a tree we spend $250 on last year. But the worst part is despite following care instructions & purchasing and using their recommmened supplement to add to the water, the tree died in just two weeks - before Christmas. This has never happened to us before. I’m so dissapointed we spent so much.
Great service and great trees
Living trees are $100 per foot of height. Figured I would share that here since the website really does not explain that whatsoever. Drove 45 minutes to learn that the 3 1/2 foot tree we picked out was going to be $399. Way out of budget, would have been beneficial to learn this information at any point before arriving or even from the first 2 people we talked to. Instead having us look, pick something out, and leave with nothing. Update: I did indeed check the website here is what it states verbatim "Prices will vary tree to tree as everything is priced individually by variety and size. However, the range of pricing is between $59-$699, with the most commonly sold trees at 3-6 feet tall, averaging $199 to $599." Your wording strongly indicates a 3ft tree would be around $199 NOT $399. Clarify your offerings, be upfront about your pricing so people can make an informed decision about making the trip to your farm. Having to talk to 3 different people to get a straight answer on pricing is ridiculous.
The Christmas trees here are gorgeous and fresh cut! Jason was so helpful in selecting a beautiful tree within our budget! Highly recommend!
we have purchased many trees from Creekside ~ this years may have been the very best experience. The staff was so helpful and cheerful. Got us checked out and tied on the roof very quickly and full of holiday cheer.
