Came here knowing exactly what I wanted and asked for assistance at the front desk. Isabel did give her assistance but stated they dont get items and that I would have to get a cart to retrieve them myself. Looking at the map it was nearly 2/3rds of the way out into the property and was over 90 degrees. So we started our journey to discover there were golf carts available and people being shuttled to their desired locations. This put a sour taste in my mouth as I had just asked for this and was turned down. Normally if I was by self it would be no issue but I was with my pregnant wife and my 3 year old daughter. Luckily Brain saw us and gave us the assistance we had asked for at the front desk. If it was not for his exceptional customer service I would have left a 1 star review. Upon returning to the front to purchase my items Isabel was the one to check us out. She asked If anyone helped us and I told her Brain did after I had asked for this service she denied. Isabel did apologize and stated that the sales team can be busy which is understandable but this was never explained to me nor did she try to get someone to help us the first time. Having worked in retail in the past I give people the benefit of the doubt as there are difficult customers but I do not like getting lied to and then for her not to take accountability is wrong. If she would have simply gotten some one to help or would have explained they are busy I would have had no issues but she had decided to deny me entirely then blame it on her fellow team. Honesty goes a long way and hope she can use this as constructive criticism.

Needed some trees but had no experience so we went to the tree farm and asked for help. Tom was extremely helpful he came to our home for a consultation then drove us around the farm explaining all of the different trees and options. we ended up deciding on spartan junipers, when Tony and his crew came to install them, the job it got delayed by an unexpected rain storm, but after that Tony and his crew worked incredibly hard and made sure the job was finished the same day. Wonderful experience all around.

Several years back, I had a positive experience with the Tree Farm, so I returned when I needed to replace a dead tree in the front yard. I purchased a replacement 2 inch diameter tree and hired them to remove the existing and dead 3 inch tree (photos included). The positive - Great selection and everyone I worked with was professional and knowledgeable. The negative - Pricing has become excessive. The tree I purchased was just shy of $700 on sale, but in hiring them to remove the existing tree and plant the new one, my total cost was over $1,800. I was originally quoted $1600, but after the planting crew left (after hanging around in their truck in front of the house for another half hour), The Tree Farm called and said I owed them another $200 because the removal "took longer than planned". YMMV, but I'd encourage shopping around instead of giving them repeat business if you purchased from them before.
