If you're looking for a pristine retail garden center experience with Home Depot prices, you'll be disappointed. But if you understand what it is they're doing here, it's worth a visit.
The quince tree arrived small but sturdy, and even much to my surprise it began to have flower buds in 10 days. Keeping fingers crossed that, it'll grow to a full-blown quince tree with lots of Ekmek quinces on it. Based on my shopping experience, I would recommend this Cricket Hill garden to anyone who is interested in receiving healthy fruit trees.
I ordered a dove tree recently, received it today. Fantastic customer service, answered all of my questions, quick delivery, healthy new growth, as described and in perfect condition. <3 I look forward to watching this little tree flourish in our cottage landscape. Planning to add some gorgeous peonies from their selection soon! Service and selection you cannot find at a big box store.
I ordered a Deveci pear scion this winter. The one I got was good: alive, no defects of any kind. For their scionwood they are more expensive than most places. But you can’t really take that into account when they carry varieties no one else sells. (Not just pear, but other fruits too.). If you want rare, temperate climate fruit plants and cuttings, this is a good place to look.
