So disappointed. In May, I ordered a pomegranate bonsai tree that looked gorgeous on the website, but arrived to the recipient with just one bud. The plant still hasn't blossomed. It also arrived late, past Send Plants' own estimate per their email response, which was more frustrating in that I placed the order only 3 minutes past the time they required for their next day delivery. I reached out, but that didn't matter. Since they seemed to count Monday as a non-business day, the plant arrived 4 days after I placed the order. Their site should be upfront as to the blossoming stage of the plant. I would have sent a different one that was in bloom had I known. I give it a two stars instead of a one star because at least there was a delivery and an initial, but disappointing, email response regarding the timing.
