Shaely at The Garden was absolutely amazing! As someone who is just starting to garden, I really appreciated how informative, patient, and helpful she was throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me choose the perfect combination of plants for exactly what I was looking for. You can tell she genuinely cares and knows her stuff. If you’re looking for a great experience definitely avoid, especially if you’re not a Flower or Plant expert. Horrible customer service, the Staff was unapproachable and unwilling to help. They definitely were not prepared for Mother’s Day Weekend! I only support small businesses, so this was very disappointing. It takes very little effort to properly greet a Customer and have a well laid out Product.
