Dave Wilson Nursery has incredibly poor customer service. Which causes me to also question the quality of their trees. I previously bought a Lapins Cherry Tree that was grown by Dave Wilson Nursery and it was the only tree that died out of my large number of fruit trees. I called to get some specific information regarding my fruit tree and Laura at Dave Wilson Nursery told me repeatedly that she doesn’t have anyone in the company that is “volunteering their time” to give me information about me fruit tree. “Volunteering their time”, she said this 3-4 times. This is just crazy to me as I owned and operated a nursery for 15 plus years and would never tell a valued customer that there is nobody here to “volunteer their time” to give them information regarding one of our twenty plus varieties of trees. I called that morning and again that afternoon and unfortunately Laura answered both times. She said that someone would be getting back to me. It’s now six days later and nobody ever got back to me. I guess that means that they don’t have any volunteers available to answer my question, which really wasn’t all that difficult. Anybody that cares so little about their customers makes me wonder if they don’t want to contact their customers because their trees are of the same quality as their treatment of their customers.

Greatest then great 😊 Mucho nice people everyone I go to pick a load this morning @11:00 am but previous delivery people take 8 hours to unload 🙄 I'm late too late I show up to them @4:10 pm but this people awesome load my truck in 40 minutes Thanks from heart ❤️ Regardless - Handsome Transportation Inc Fresno CA 🤞
