As a contractor who spends tens of thousands a year on annuals, displays, and landscape materials, I expected basic respect and appreciation for my business. Instead, I got attitude and nonsense “policies” about discounts that change depending on who’s behind the counter or which store you walk into. You had the chance to earn a long-term, high-volume customer — instead, you proved exactly why so many professionals are done shopping here. Leon’s offers better prices, better plants, and people who actually value their customers. It’s pretty simple: treat people fairly, be consistent, and show appreciation for the folks who keep your lights on. Richardson’s couldn’t manage that — so they won’t see another dollar from me or anyone I can warn. If I could I would give them less than a star

I was shocked at how few plants there are at this Richardson's. Almost half of the stock looked terrible. Don't waste your time - go to the one on Kirkwood Highway.

I’ve been disappointed the past two times I have tried to buy flowers here. At the beginning of the season I was able to get some nice stuff but it’s only June and the selection is pretty sad. In previous years they were always well stocked with healthy plants coming in regularly (either that or just what they had was taken care of well). Recently stock is low and what they DO have is in really rough shape. Their plants were very unhealthy when I went today but they are charging the same amount as Old Country Gardens or Terrain which are known to have a healthy and wide selection at a bit of a premium price. What Richardson’s has on hand is not in good shape and I feel that the premium prices aren’t a fair trade off for what you take home. I skipped on any purchases today but I hope that in the coming seasons things improve because I love supporting local small businesses especially when it is garden related!
