I've left my frustrations with agristatts multiple times over the years with multiple reps however they continue to take preorders, confirm then not only lie about availability but send your plants to their companies and offer local Florida customers bonus discounts when it's already to ship inexpensive in a state itself. I worked for another company that dealt with agristatts before running my own and it's been this frustrating for a long time. Now here we are once again getting excuses they didn't get the plants on an order taken about a year ago, no emails, we had to ask what was up and they lie (Doyal) and say we told you it isn't possible when they simply sold our plants to a similar company in GA who has them and got them recently from Agristarts without preordering. They just pop them out to anyone when they are available and don't care who asked and has been asking for them. When I voiced my frustration they just ignore the email and don't reply.

I would give them less of a rating if I could…. This company not only sent us improperly boxed plants, but also plants with thrips snails and spider mites! We spent hours treating, and pruning plants. It cost us around three hundred dollars in products to treat the plugs that were sent to us. Since we were in aware of the plants having and infestation we also had to hold off from selling our other plants for possible contamination. We were also made aware that this company charged us hundreds of dollars for shipping and they were “ unable to correct the shipping cost as it was sent under the wrong account charge( this should have only cost less $150. Instead of trying to do everything that they could to help us out, they did the bare minimum. we will definitely never do business with this company again! Your integrity is trash.
