If you're looking to have a natural, native paradise surround your home, Sustainscape will create that for you. Dennis, the owner, has taken our failing landscape and brought it back to life with plants that are native to our location. Now our landscape is more interesting to look at, also attracting a host of butterflies. Another great bonus is that, as the plants fill in, our landscape now requires less maintenance. Dennis's knowledge of native plants is extensive and comprehensive. We also value his natural approach to maintenance, which means no harmful chemicals are used. His customer service is great! I really can't say enough good things about Dennis. Working with Dennis, and his skilled crew has been a pleasure!

One of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've had in a long time. From expectation setting to execution many things were off. I'd ask questions to get clarity, provide explicit instructions for what I wanted, and I continued to be dismissed that "it's a creative process and everything will come together at the end." Now I'm left with mismatching mulch, giant gaps in my landscaping design (in critical areas where I had explicitly requested plants), and lots of weeds because apparently cleaning up the space isn't included in the tens of thousands that you're already spending. Main dude is condescending and arrogant and straight up does not listen. He hears you, but chooses to ignore or thinks his ideas are better -- unclear. If you want to give your money to someone and give them full reign to do whatever they want with it then perhaps this is your company -- they do know their plants. However, if you have a vision and specific desires for the final product and want to be engaged in the process, then I strongly encourage you to find another company. If someone offered to pay me to work with this guy again I would swiftly decline.
