Dealt with Chianne Mckenney from the Ft Myers location even though I live in a different town. I was looking for a specific tree of which they had 2. Chianne made herself available to my local contact so I could see from remote to choose. All went super smooth with me selecting the tree i wanted and she was able to have it sent to the their location where I live for me to pick up. That’s excellent service. I was looking for a 7-gallon Lemon Zest mango tree, and after a lot of searching, I found some online companies that sold them. I ended up picking Top Tropicals, and I'm super glad I did. I've come across Top Tropicals before, but their higher prices usually stopped me from ordering. This time, though, finding a 7-gallon Lemon Zest Mango tree to ship was pretty tough. So I just paid the higher price. This was my first time actually buying from them, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But the whole buying experience was excellent! The tree was packed well and arrived in perfect shape. When I opened the box, I saw it was securely packed with care. Top Tropicals clearly cares about the trees they send out. The mango tree itself is incredible. It was about 5 feet tall, more or less, and arrived looking vibrant, full of life, and with tons of healthy green leaves. You can tell this tree was well-cared for before it got to me. The best part, though, is that this tree seems large enough to be able to hold a few fruit next season. Honestly, buying this mango tree from Top Tropicals has been one of the best online tree purchases I've made, and I've bought quite a few trees online, so that's saying a lot. Great job, guys! I'm looking forward to buying from you again!
They have/had a loyalty card for trees. Sometimes they even give free plants with purchase. It's been a while since I first went there. At that time, they had the loyalty card.
