Just called the company to inquire more about the services and lady that answer the phone was very rude from the beginning. Needs better customer service by the phone.

I really wanted to give these guys the benefit of the doubt. I should have read the reviews. I am finally finishing itemizing what we picked up from the nursery and so far found 2 plants possibly miss identified. I reached out to have one of the plant identified by them and its been days with no response. I am glad I didn't go too nuts ordering from them. The plants we did take home were in pretty good condition, needed water badly, but all things considered bounced back. Was hoping to order from them again if I can get them to respond.

Absolute WORST experience I've ever had ordering from a wholesale nursery--and I order from wholesale nurseries frequently. I should've known not to order after looking at all the negative reviews they had. They had really poor communication from the very beginning and failed to inform me that they did not ship about HALF of the plants that I ordered. I found out when the delivery was made and realized I wasted so much in shipping costs, for the few plants that I received. To top it off, they charged me for all the plants that I had ordered, but had only shipped half--I had to request a refund for the plants that were not shipped, otherwise I'm not even sure they would have noticed they charged me more then they shipped. The plants I received are of the absolute worst quality I have ever seen compared to other nurseries in Florida. So many of them were undersized, filled with aphids, and even found that all the opuntia cacti I ordered had ZERO ROOTS. Not just broken pads, but when I pulled the main pads out of the soil, it seemed like they had just been inserted into the soil. I broke into tears because I felt scammed--and this is SO damaging to a small business like mine. When I sent them pictures of the damaged plants, undersized plants, or dying plants, they responded by saying that I was making it up? They made up excuses for every picture I sent of the plants, and refused to even do a partial refund of what I paid. I called them multiple times, and emailed them multiple times to try to speak to someone about the matter, and nobody returned my calls. The only emails I received were rude emails saying that I was making it up, and that I was trying to extort them. I feel helpless because any picture I send them, they don't believe there's any issue. This is a poor way to run a business. I have never ever encountered something like this before, and regret ever buying from here. I lost out on so much money because the plants cannot be sold in these conditions. SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I don't want anyone else to go through what I went through.

What can I say about this place, very nice staff and helpful, especially June she will go above and beyond to get what you are looking for and at a reasonable price! Came here on February to book an order for early spring on blooming material and she took her time on showing me around her farm and I sure didn’t regret! Robert was extremely knowledgeable on how to make sure our plants would arrive in perfect condition when it was time to ship them to us! We will be looking forward on buying from this nursery again, it truly is the one stop shop!
