The staff was nice, and the plants were in good shape. However, while planting, the team hit three sprinkler lines, and I had to hire a company to repair the damage, which cost $450. I called and emailed to try to resolve the issue. I was told someone would come out “sometime next week,” but after several follow-up calls, I never received a call back or a clear resolution. I’m still open to resolving this directly and would appreciate a refund or reimbursement for the damage.
I had a great experience with Plant It Tampa Bay! I submitted my order online over the weekend, and Friday morning they were here installing eight beautiful 7-gallon Podocarpus plants. The plants look fantastic and will grow into a hedge that provides natural privacy between our pool cage and our neighbor’s. The two installers were professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. They carefully planted everything, cleaned up the area afterward, and made sure the space looked neat and polished. They also watered the plants and provided clear follow-up care instructions, which I really appreciated. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. This place is great. I have bought two 30 gallon palms from them in the last few weeks. They delivered and installed both the palms the same week I ordered them. Their prices are terrific especially with delivery and installation included. I couldn't be happier and would definitely use them again for any palms or other plants I might need.
