This is a passionate small business that cares about their customers’ outcomes. I have not visited their location but have made a few online orders. I received a kiwi plant that did not “bounce back” after shipping and they happily refunded me. Sometimes plants die from trauma during shipping, or just bad luck. I ordered more kiwi plants and all arrived healthy. I have about 15 plants from them now. Their customer service is outstanding. The weekly deals are fun to watch! Great prices on everything.

I want to thank everyone at Wellspring Gardens for all the wonderful plants I have purchased over the years. It's a great pleasure working with everyone there. My plants give me joy and shopping at Wellspring Gardens is a joy for me as well.

I ordered 2 pounds of banana tree fertilizer and they accidentally shipped me fig, but I sent him a text and we were right on top of it and they corrected the issue and I got my banana fertilizer and they treated me really well so I’m really happy and will continue to do business. I have bought many banana trees and lots of banana fertilizer from this company. It’s my go to company.

They will not adhere to their return policy. I provided photographic evidence of the dead plants, yet they offered numerous excuses. They even claimed that the plant would come back to life. It seems they are unaware of the true meaning of 'dead.' I did send them pictures the moment I opened my package. Do not purchase from this company. With this bad review I'm sure they'll try to look good on here.
