Extremely unprofessional company poor communication skills. Do not recommend.

This company takes unethical to the next level. I cannot believe they are still operating. They don't even label the plants that they are selling. These plants are marketed and sold in locations the plants have no chance of surviving in due to the climate. On the rare occasions that they do label the plants they are selling it is with incorrect identifiers with misleading information. If you scan the labels on their plants it will simply forward you to their site and try to sell you more plants under false pretenses without being clear about what they actually are. I hope that eventually this catches up with the greedy people running this operation who could care less about the plants they're growing or the people buying them. If I could give negative stars I would because one is far too generous. Attaching a picture with one small example which is what Costa farms labels a "Lucky Bamboo Plant" which is actually a Dracaena sanderiana, a member of the asparagus family. They also market these same exact asparagus plants sold in water as special hydroponic varieties. This is not with just this one variety they do this with all of their plants. Either no label or wrong label. They don't care.

Bought plants showed up dead and broken,

After frequently buying plants from this company in big box stores, I decided to look online for a specific plant that is not sold near me. Found it on their website but decided to hold off on the purchase due to price. Signed up for their program for any deals and notifications of new plants. I then received an email for 15% off my first order. No code but just a link to follow. The link didn’t work for my order. Reached out to customer support and they were absolutely no help. Specifically “James G.” I emailed back and informed him that I never placed an order after he said it’s only valid for your first order. Emailed another Costa email and the same person responded saying nothing could be done. A huge company as such couldn’t generate a code for a new member? Makes no sense. I was browsing through my email when I found another promotional email by Costa Farms only to find a discount with a code provided. This was automated and not sent by “James G.” Terrible customer service. The code worked only after messing around with the page. All that to say, awful customer service. Ordered the plant I had been looking for only because of availability.

Plant arrived damaged completely out of the soil had to repot and the plant died 5 days later
