Be aware , We purchased a palm tree from Brandwood Nursery and were strongly advised to pay extra for their insulation/protection service, which cost approximately $150–$200, because we were told it would help the tree survive and live longer. Despite following their recommendation and paying the additional cost, the tree died within just two months. When we returned to explain the situation and ask for assistance, nobody was willing to help or take any responsibility. We received no support, no solution, and no concern for customer satisfaction. This was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this business to anyone. If you are considering buying trees or landscaping products, I suggest taking your business elsewhere. ⭐☆☆☆☆

Landscaping plants of all kinds. But, small packs of bedding plants like marigolds, pansies are not available. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a large variety of Mexican pots,small animals for the wall, and other objects. They have lots of other pots, stone, and soil. (There is handicap parking BUT, this would be a DIFFICULT place for a wheelchair bound person. It is a working nursery with dirt surfaces. )

Something fishy going on here....Go to the nursery and ask for help, then ask for invoice and they claim so busy so they have to send to me later. Then I get messages with prices not the same as what I was told in the store. Prices much higher. Then Its extra delivery costs included. Then its 20-30% markup added for installation. Then it's you have to pay cash (mind you Ive done business here before and spent thousands and never had to pay cash only). Come to find out I'm now dealing with an employee who claims he purchased the plants from the company on my behalf and now I have to pay him back. Contacted the owner (Miguel) and he 100% backs up this scheme and not only berates me, but raises his voice claiming I have to listen to him because he is the owner. Nope -- at this point they wanted over 50% more than the cost of the actual plants and in cash only. Something stinks here!!
