Do not bring your equipment here unless you want to waste your time and money. I bought a brand-new Toro lawn mower, used it exactly one time (with fresh gas and fuel additive), and it stopped working. I brought it to this dealer for a warranty inspection, and it was an absolute nightmare. Horrible & Rude Customer Service: To make matters worse, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude when I called to get updates. Zero professionalism or customer service skills. Complete Lack of Knowledge: They kept my machine for days for an "inspection." When I asked for an update, it was clear the employees had no communication and no idea what they were doing. No one was synced up on the status of my machine. Attempted Warranty Scam: They finally claimed that two pieces were damaged, and boldly lied saying one of the parts was "not covered by the manufacturer warranty." Caught Red-Handed: I called Toro Warranty directly myself. Toro explicitly confirmed that the part IS fully covered. This dealer tried to scam me into paying out of pocket for a covered warranty repair. Extortionate Fees: They forced me to pay an upfront inspection fee, and then had the audacity to demand another $160 just to start the repair on a brand-new machine. This place is 100% a scam. Between Toro's initial failure and this dealer's dishonest, shady business practices, it has been a miserable experience. Take your business and your money to an honest mechanic who actually knows how to diagnose a machine without trying to rip you off. STAY AWAY!
