This place is my new sanctuary! I have reached that age where I’m all about plants and flowers!

I went into the store this morning, I bought a beautiful bonsai tree a few weeks ago as a gift for my sister, who loves collecting them. Today I needed to exchange it or get store credit, and I was treated like absolute garbage. I waited in line like everyone else, and when it was my turn, this older lady at the register immediately started talking over me before I could even explain the situation. Her rude, dismissive attitude was shocking. She had zero interest in helping a paying customer. I was so upset and disgusted by her horrible approach to the situation. Nowhere on my receipt does it say anything about plants not being returnable. Nothing! But apparently they can treat customers like trash with no consequences. The two ladies working the register have the most unwelcoming, nasty way of dealing with people I’ve ever seen. It’s like they go out of their way to make you feel unwanted. I will NEVER shop at this store again. Save yourself the headache and frustration — take your business somewhere else where customers are actually respected. This place does not deserve a single dollar. Completely unacceptable.

Loved Cofers! We were visiting the area to meet up with family and had some down time and I found this nursery. I have lived all over the Eastern half of the US and this is for sure a quality nursery that actually cares. The quality of plants was noticeable and loved that they had a ton of native options. The only thing I was upset about was I got distracted by their button bushes and forgot to check out all of their native azaleas while they were blooming. Everyone that worked there that I talked to were all very knowledgeable and very friendly. Keep up the great work and will be back again the next time we are in town!
