The best plugs sourced from all over the world. I've had top notch experiences w this company and all their staff. Everyone is so nice and helpful there. The facility is so clean it still looks brand new. They use bio control for insects instead of toxic chemicals. ❤️

I do not recommend buying from James greenhouse because of their customer service. I received a bad order of plugs from them and they refused to issue credit, so I only paid for about half the invoice. They still billed me forever. And now they reject all my orders and will not sell to me even though I am ordering through a broker and they would be guaranteed their money from a broker. Before that order experience I had good luck with their plugs and that is why I was still trying to order a few things from a broker. I called them to try to discuss it and figure out a compromise, and they rudely told me I was marked in the computer as a do not sell customer and there was nothing they would do about it and hung up the phone.
