The Victorian Atlanta - Old Fourth Ward

I visited The Victorian - OFW about a year ago. It is a lovely oasis on the Beltline. They have a great selection of plants in various sizes. The employees are kind and knowledgeable; I bought a Venus Fly Trap, and David gave advice on how to keep it alive (we failed you, David!), but my Syngonium is thriving! This location also has an upstairs bar (Burle's Bar) and sitting area where you can grab a drink and sit in nature. Lola is a great mixologist and made tasty drinks! Overall, it is a cute getaway for a date or just to look at luscious greenery. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for something chill.

The plants are absolutely perfect! The service was quick and hassle-free. Libby’s communication throughout the process was excellent. From the initial video call to the email threads, she made everything feel easy and reassuring. Even after the repotting service, we were provided with step-by-step instructions and tools to help us care for our plants, which is great for a beginner household like ours. My mom loved plants, and we’re thrilled to keep the two she left us thriving in our new home. The Victorian Team truly helped us embark on this journey, and it means a lot to us.

The Victorian Atlanta - Old Fourth Ward is a wonderful place for the plant novice or expert. It has a wide array of popular plants, as well as specialized varieties to choose from. The staff are also highly pleasant, professional, and attentive to every detail.

2 stars because the plants look healthy and they sell nice pots. That said, there isn't an extensive selection of plants or plant care items. What really knocked stars off was the service, I was treated ok not great, until i went to pay and was requested to tip the workers. Tipping someone in retail is not expected or something people should demand. When I declined to tip the worker the tone shifted even colder. Weird spot, i will buy plant pots elsewhere.

Annie and Alice are the best! So sweet and super knowledgeable. The store is beautiful and has such a variety of plants. I got my monstera repotted and got a moss pole added. Very happy with my experience here.
