I have been going to Blooms since you opened because of the quality of plants & the great customer service. That all change today. I stopped by around 4:20 & there were no other customers & 3 employees standing there. My first thought was great, plenty of help. All 3 women completely ignored me. They didn't acknowledge me or ask me if I needed any help. The 3 of them stood there & yacked away or played on their phones. Even when I walked up to them, they ignored me. So I picked 2 plants to use a Blooms gift card I had & decided to take my business elsewhere. I mentioned it to the lady that was at the checkout counter. She apologized for them. As I was getting in my car which was parked near the three lazy employees, one finally glanced at me. So I yelled at them "wow impressive job acknowledging a customer & seeing if they needed help." All 3 look like deer in the headlights & quickly booked it into the green house, I assumed to hide even though your store was still open for another 20 minutes. I then left & drove to another green house & spent another $285 on the rest of my plants. Makes a person wonder how much business you have lost because your employees can't be bothered with customers.

We bought our trees here and I’m in love with them. The guys took a lot of care with planting them for us.

Very expensive. 30 for 1 cinnamon roll, water, a rise and shine, and a med coffee. The rise and shine eggs, ham, potatoes came in a box which made it hard to eat. Other people got plates not sure why ours came in a box. And plastic silverware. For these prices I would expect tableware and service at the table not go to the counter and order. Probably won't go back, lots of other more reasonably priced local options in town. The owner did reach out and appologize although they made sure to clarify that I paid only 23 for the food, I left a 5 tip and the rest was tax and a fee for using a card. They also mentioned the order was rang up as to go. We were never asked, the cinnamon roll was on a plate and my husbands coffee came out in a regular mug, someone was not paying attention when we place this order. They were not that busy. In the end they did give us back 11 for the meal my husband ordered. Still unlikely to return.

This review is for the restaurant they have: Hours posted were 800am - 230pm. Not busy at all, nice clean place, pleasant counter staff. Lots of table seating. Good amount of options, seem to be leaning towards the healthier, homemade. First timers, You are going to need to look at the menu, plastic ones on the counter, not the chalk board above and behind the register. The reason I say that it's more detailed with all options, sides and has prices listed. Breakfast items were really good, decent sized and came out hot. I was surprised that their version of salsa for the burrito was two packets of "Frank's Red Hot". Not exactly what I was expecting, but good.

This nursery has it all. Big selection of trees and shrubs. Pricing is reflective of bigger caliper trees and large evergreens. The flowers both annuals and perennials lots of choices. Big indoor building with gardening tools and everything you could need for outdoor living. This is a very interesting place to stop and spend an hour or more looking around. And they have a small resturant coffee shop in another building.
