Best place ever. Variety of plants = A+, Staff = A+ Ask for Jake to get help if you're new to the place (ANY staff will be as good, but THIS Jake is better than State farm) and you may pay up front and maybe meet Emilee. Amazing help. Come for the plants or trees, stay for the environment. Make some friends. PS: Get on the MAILING list.

Plants were small and expensive. No vegetable seeds. After shopping here for 20+ years I am going elsewhere. I found plants 5x larger for half the price.

I just visited this place for the second time. I live about 45 minutes away. After looking at several places in Des Moines and Iowa City, I found what I needed here. Hands down the biggest selection of plants I've found in eastern Iowa.
