I love the selections. Widest variety of plants I ever seen in one place with very unique hard to find species. People are friendly. I've been able to splice many and create my own spin offs. Only downside is the first time I visited the store I did not realize they were charging for the pot some plants were inside of; even though the original plant was in a plastic container inside a secondary pot. They charged me for a small pot for 30.00 bucks which I did not recognize at purchase. At the time, I thought the practice was deceptive since the pot was not priced. Additionally some of their best stuff, is not for sale.

Planted is always a friendly place to go and they're always helpful. I have taken several plants in to be repotted or seperated. They always talk me through the process and help me keep my plants alive.

If I could do 10/5 I would, this place is fantastic! Everyone is always so kind and helpful - I had a plant my coworkers bought me months ago from Planted and a couple weeks ago I took it back in for potting services due to a leaf rotting on it. It started to rot rapidly out of nowhere shortly after this and their team did the best to try to revive it, when I let them know that it didn't survive they put the same plant to the side for me and gave it to me on the house. It was incredibly kind - our whole team loves this store and will always support the amazing things they do! Here's to Root Bader Ginsburg 2.0!

This store has the most excellent and artsy vibes. Plants, vintage trinkets, handmade ceramics… everything I love in one store! They had a collection of weird, funky little succulents and of course I had to bring a few home with me. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.
