Needmore Trees Nursery feels unprofessional and more like a hobby side business than a real nursery. The trees arrived very small—under a foot tall and about half a pencil thick—yet were priced at roughly double what 5-foot trees (1-inch caliper) cost at reputable nurseries. They were weak, recently grafted with minimal root development, and had already dropped their leaves in the shipping box. One tree had a serious defect, growing at a 90-degree angle directly from the graft that cannot be corrected. Another tree also had two conflicting labels, including a variety I didn’t order. For the price, the quality was far below what you’d expect from a professional nursery, and there’s no warranty. Learn from our mistake and buy from a reputable nursery instead.

Amazing customer service, I have ordered 120 chestnuts and 20 paw paws. All arrived packaged well and with great care. 100% of trees survived and grow very well! Thank you so much for the outstanding response, advice and support along the journey!
Ordered 4 persimmon trees and 1 out of 4 made it....but the one tree that made it is only alive below the graft. I have talked to others who ordered from this company and they had pretty much the same luck as I did. $160 for 4 trees with no warranty, I learned my lesson.
Awesome place - owners are really friendly and went above and beyond to help us. We purchased some varieties that may have been a little iffy for our climate and they recommended some hardier cultivars (very appreciated!). The trees look great and are very healthy - a few look big enough to produce next year.
Excellent nursery! The owner Mike knows what he's doing and they have packing/shipping down to a science.
