Half the plants I bought this Spring, including all the tomato plants, either died or just didn’t grow much. I’m not an expert, but I do know how to put plants in the ground and water them. Plus a few of the workers were rude.

Andrew’s Greenhouse is more than a place to shop for plants—it’s a place to visualize ideas. The annual displays encourage you to explore and discover combinations you might not have considered, while the perennial selection includes both reliable favorites and distinctive varieties that can be difficult to find elsewhere. There’s also a nice selection of herbs and vegetables for the home gardener. The garden shop offers a wonderful mix of nature-inspired cards, pottery, garden art, birdhouses, wind chimes, and other unique treasures that you won’t find everywhere. Add in the backdrop of open fields, trees, and mountain views, and it’s easy to spend more time there than you planned. It’s one of those places where the care, creativity, and attention to detail are evident wherever you look.
