I absolutely love this nursery and I go to all the nurseries within a couple hours of my house and Sugarloaf has the best selection and the healthiest and prettiest plants that look fresh. I've noticed they take good care of them while they are at the nursery and the employees (especially Dan who is superb) are extremely helpful. They've communicated with me via email on a special shrub I wanted and couldnt find anywhere else and I happily drive 2.5 hours to Sugarloaf and stop by when Im passing thru to midwest or upper New England. It's in a beautiful area as well and Im so happy I found this nursery. Last weekend I stopped in and noticed they have bar code scanning for checkout (instead of the old pencil and pad:) and now I see they are offering online direct shipping. They definitely are up to speed with all the latest plants that everyone is wanting and now their customer service technology is great as well.
