This is my second time coming here..good selection of trees..helpful staff...Merry Christmas 🎄!

I went to 2 locations listed on their website and google map (Lowell and Tyngsboro) on 11.19 and there is no such shop on both locations. Called all the phone numbers listed but nobody answered the phone. What a terrible experience! Wonder how could this company still survive? Replying the owner: google map said your store was open. Why don’t you edit your google map business hours? And I didn’t find any statements on your website about if it is too early. Why don’t you put your statement on your website so we don’t have to waste our precious time? And by the way, I did find another store already selling real trees close to one of your store. Funny they don’t think it is too early to sell! Hi guys, it’s getting ridiculous. The owner is now threatening me to take down my comments/review otherwise they will contact my employer. He searched my Facebook and found my phone number and other info. This morning at 8:30am he called me. I did not recognize the number so I didn’t pick up. Then get texted me with very bad insults language to threaten me to delete the review. He did not care at all about my bad experience and did not explain why the business hours on the map and his website said his store was open but actually not. He only cares my review affects his business. My question is then why should I care about your business? Guys, I can’t believe I am in the United States in year 2022 being insulted and threatened because I left a true review.

The seller had no mask on. My partner & I tried to keep our distance with our masks on. I don't know if this seller is asymptomatic with COVID-19... This action was most risky either of us has taken during entire pandemic. We both are high risk & I'll be anxious for 2 weeks hoping I didn't risk our lives for a tree bought outside. Don't all businesses require mask wearing by law with customers even outside in Massachusetts? COVID-19 is airborne...

Last minute Christmas tree is selling here. I was almost desperate to find a Christmas tree, when I heard they still have Christmas trees on site. I felt so excited, when we got there, just a few small ones left. We were just about to pick one, a full truck load was coming! We were so lucky having a totally fresh tree!

During the Christmas holiday you can get a small tree and a stand for 20$ but you have to get there early .. so I've learned but by the time I got there they were all out but they did give me something it didn't have a stand but that's okay I have my own.
