November 2025. I ordered plants this past spring. My favorite plant I ordered was Salvia Microphylla 'San Carlos Festival'. It bloomed all summer on my Knoxville, TN hillside and looks good so far this winter. It should do well over the winter since I had a salvia greggii that overwintered last year. May 2026 It has been a little over a year since I planted Salvia Wild Watermelon and can report it is a success. Already blooming and lots of new growth. Stayed green all winter. And Salvia Microphylla 'San Carlos Festival' actually made some new shoots from the ground since last year.

Bought a butterfly bush here not knowing how invasive it is. In one season it has crowded out my native plants and I am fighting to get rid of it.
