Their extensive collection includes over 350 varieties of evergreen azaleas, encompassing specialized groups such as Glenn Dale, Bowie Mill, Satsuki, and Robin Hill. Additionally, they provide a selection of deciduous and native azaleas, including cultivars like Flame, Chop Tank, Great Balls of Fire, Lemon Drop, and Red Pepper. Great place!! Enormous selection, supremely knowledgeable owner and a quiet, out-of-the-way location make this one of the nicest nurseries we've been to. Devoted entirely to azaleas (with some rhododendrons thrown in for good measure) it's a real gem of a place. We're lucky to have it in our area. Pay attention to the hours posted; don't just show up when it's convenient to you. It's run by just a few people (mostly one) so be considerate. Also, if you have trouble finding it, turn at the sign for Doc Waters Cidery.

Amazing people and amazing plants. Deb and Mike went out of their way to ensure that My Dad and I were taken care of. Can't wait to make a trip back up in the spring.

Amazing azaleas, Mike was extremely helpful in finding the shades and bloom times I was looking for. Loved all the natives he grew himself. I am posting this review a year later, as all 6 of my azaleas are still alive and thriving. Planning to go get more again this year, as I have to drive 2 hours to get there, but it's so worth it!
