I ordered a Christmas centerpiece for my mom and it’s spectacular! She is blown away with how gorgeous it is.
My husband ordered me a fun floral arrangement through FTD for Christmas. When it was delivered today we thought we had someone else's arrangement. It's the smallest size, not the premium he ordered, and the wrong container. When he called the florist they basically told him, sorry about your luck. We don't have the container you ordered so that's what you get. Over $100 for 2 roses, 3 carnations, and a few mums in a boring white box, not the gingerbread house he paid for. They didn't even call to let him know they were making a substitution. Terrible customer service and a cheap product. I would expect to pay about $35 for this at the grocery store.
