I’m so pleased with our purchases! We have been using them for all of our landscaping needs for 20+ years. Wouldn’t go any place else.

I pulled up and no one in the office – no big deal. I heard someone raking in the distance. As I walk towards him and wave he doesn’t stop raking. I get closer and he finally acknowledges me. I asked him a question about dead plants that was purchased from him a few months ago and he instantly got very defensive and started blaming. He was very aggressive and made me really uncomfortable. I was really only there for information and maybe purchase new plants. He didn’t offer a solution, nor try to sell me anything else. It was an absolutely horrible experience. I feel bad because he obviously doesn’t know a thing about customer service and I was fine with buying new plants, but I’ll definitely go somewhere else. My advice for him is to hire someone who knows how to communicate with customers. He might be a good gardener or whatever, but the customer service is severely lacking.

One of the best nurseries I have been to. Super patient, helpful and informative. It is a hidden gem in Highland. The plants are all healthy and way better quality than you will get at the big box stores.
