Every year I go out of my way to make sure to stop by and purchase some of the unique plants you can only get from Gordy's. Great customer service and an excellent variety!

I love this place, but when I asked one of the cashiers about a plant she told me she had no idea what it was and “I just work here.” She also told me to just use google lense to find out about the plant. You would think an employee that works at a garden supply store would know about garden supply matters, or at least try to be more helpful. Pretty aggravating experience.

I bought a tree here last October and unfortunately it did not survive the winter. I paid $80 for this tree. I called them to see if they would give me some kind of reimbursement and the woman said no, we do not give warranties on trees. Very upsetting to hear. I have purchased trees of greenhouses, Menards, and other stores, and they all had a one year return. Not good customer service at Gordys. Will not go back.

This is my go to place for all my plants and all my special gifts for family and friends. The staff is so pleasant and very, very helpful! Once you go there you too will fall in love with it.
