PART 1: This IS my absolute favorite green house anywhere, or at least was… I’ve been going to this green house for the last 2-3 years and I’m always telling people about how amazing it was. I’ve just recently had some health concerns come up so I’ve been struggling to get out and do things on my own (therefore I’ve only been able to stop in 2 other times usually I’d try to make it 5-6).To paint a picture I have audhd (autism and adhd), I take medication that makes me lose weight rapidly so I have no strength/muscle at all, and tend to black out or faint if I over exert myself (due to above and other issues that I prefer to keep private). So today I decided to stop by since I got off at 3 PM andI had time And wanted to enjoy the weather since it was raining the other day when I was off. I tend to overanalyze things a lot, so I get carried away and will pick out a lot of things and have to make my decisions later so I can compare price and how they look with each other (I really struggle with retaining memory so I have to sift through pictures to see what all I have that way I don’t buy duplicates) Anyway, I was slowly making my way through and quickly. My box got heavy and my purse is large, but is only there to carry my wallet keys, water, sugary snacks. My BP monitor in my medication’s so it tends to be pretty heavy most of the time so I had to set my purse into the box and carry it like that which was fine because I knew I would be better off holding the box in front of me and more stable. That being said, I had lots of flowers and as I went through, I found better options or a bigger pot of some of those options (since they have the $2.49 Singular plants but I had found some that would’ve equal to slightly cheaper for the amount that I was getting so I went with those) but like I said, I like to look and pick and I tend to get carried away till I can’t hold anything else so by the time that I was finished looking around, I had flowers piled and fairies On top with some of the smaller plants. Anyway, as I’m making my way back up to the front, I’m trying to browse around, but also putting things back where they belong because it looked like they had just re-organized and straightened it so I was trying to be respectful and I end up starting to get a little bit woozy so at one point I had to sit down and take my BPN try to drink and eat a snack anyway then I continued to go and work my way back to the front as I’m putting my stuff back and my box was pretty big and heavy so I had to kind of tilt it a little bit on me like towards my chest, and several of the small plants and fairies fell over my purse and into my arms so they were everywhere. Right after this, I had one more plant to put up and I couldn’t find Out where it wind because it was the only one left so I asked one of the gardener ladies and she and I are chatting, and I noticed her demeanor shift and so I decided to finish up and head to the front to decide my fairies and check out.
This place is the best - flowers, staff, variety
By far the most intimate, interesting, and amazing nursery I've ever found. They even make small succulent jars with little gnomes and fairies in them. They have a greenhouse cat!! What MORE could you require?
Wonderful local spot, friendly, great quality and variety. Thankful to have them.
