Such a fun Halloween stop for families. Homemade treats, fresh vegetables and an amazing selection of pumpkins. And a very sweet doggo who loves people. Places like this are why I love my community so much.

I gave the money for 1 ton of hay. Being I came down with a major health issue and my daughter's unborn baby was diagnosed with a heart defect... most likely a fatal one. Because of this, I was unable to pick it up for awhile. I had actually called a few weeks after giving the money, stating I really couldn't pick the hay up and i would come get my money., he mentioned, " ohhh, we'll I was dependant on you buying it." So I told him, " ok if you can sell it, that would be great. I'll call ya in 3 weeks - hoping it to be sold.' All the while I kept in communication with him. I'm finally able to get it, and I hadn't been told I would have to hand load all the hay myself... 15 of the 28 bales were completely moldy. I asked him about this mentioning I don't want the moldy bales as these were for my horse. He goes on how they aren't moldy, and how I paid for them already, and it was my fault for not getting them for 2 months. I mentioned, if I knew they would be moldy then I would have hired someone to get them. It's summer, and they were sitting for only 2 months. I have hay that has sat on the ground for 2 years, zero mold. There was tons more hay available, but he chose to be nasty and unprofessional. Due to the economy I struggle and it takes me a long time in order to save up for hay. Really sad, as I want to buy local.
This is a local couples most wonderful little shop. Open to public, has a pay on your own box inside of garage. They have the absolutely best fresh garlic you can buy. Very good prices for fresh picked daily produce grown on their property. I have also seen them selling horse hay, jam and other items they grow. Over Halloween- they have a huge pumpkin patch that is all set up for kids.
pepper plants smaller than last year but nice.
Best vegies and jams. Harvest is ready for the table. Great sweet corn. Nicest people.
