I purchased a Geisha Gone Wild, Katsura and a Saiho The health of the trees are excellent, The packaging of them was atrocious. Each tree was folded over to fit in the shipping boxes. Today I saw a a handful of post on what I thought was a fan page about this same issue. They marketed a facebook page as a fan page, but it is actually administrated by the owner, All of the posts concerning customers deformed trees because of poor packing methods were deleted. HIGHLY unethical! Their friends attacked anyone that dared mention these concerns and then the posts were deleted. People were told to be grateful... wtaf!? It's disappointing that Mr. Maple can fold trees up in undersized boxes and that customers should be "grateful" to receive deformed plants. My Saiho is now a weeping Saiho. The Katsura is the only one that can be corrected. The Geisha Gone Wild is twisted and bent. They Just blocked my from their facebook group. They filter feedback of their business. Super unethical! I also posted reviews on their .com which mysteriously fail to appear!

Not sure what happened to mrmaple, but I will no longer be ordering from them. Buyer beware-horrible quality plants and they oversell their new releases(happened to me several times). There are many, many better options. Please do your research.

I’ve had great experiences shopping at Mr Maple. The quality of trees and hard to find cultivars is second to none. The customer service is top notch as well. Great company.

They have great maples, a huge selection of cultivars. They also have other plants, mainly shrubs and trees. Check out their website for more info on the plants. Heavy mail order, but you should go in person if you can on one of their Open Houses. [Kid] --> [Candy Store] Yup, that was me last weekend. 😄

Beware of what you purchase from Mr Maple. I spent over $600 at one time, purchasing several trees and 2 hydrangea plants. What is advertised and what received are drastically different. I reached out to Mr Maple through email, which was a waste of time. Mr Maple does not stand behind what they ship you and will not in any way make things right. They will ignore you. I posted on Facebook group advising people of this after receiving no resolution from Mr Maple through email and phone communications. Turns their business runs most of the large Japanese Maple groups on Facebook. I was banned and my posts deleted for simply telling my experience. I’ll let these photos do the talking. $75 worth of Hydangea plants seen here. Absolutely unacceptable. I respectfully requested a refund and offered to ship them back. I was ignored. This doesn’t even touch on the sad trees I received. Buyer beware
