What a great experience working with Faulkner’s! Liz (and the entire team) was incredible helping me pick out privacy trees for my project (many, many visits to their store!). She worked with me on many design changes as well. 8 trees were install was last week. The install crew was equally amazing. Put plywood down in the work area to protect my lawn. They were very detail oriented in confirming tree locations, etc, making sure everything was as designed. Their cleanup was meticulous. I couldn’t recommend Faulkner’s more highly. Thank you Faulkner’s!!!

Came by for a specific plant, but they were sold out. Still, even knowing I wasn't a sale for them, they gave me a half dozen recommendations of who might have one, *and* paused in the middle of a project to call one place on my way home to check their stock and price points for me. Fantastic service that'll have me coming back for my next purchases.

Had a bad experience when reaching out to resolve an issue with Meredith Bresaw. Needed assistance the front desk simply wouldn’t help. Very disappointing.

Had a walkway installed to replace some basic pavers that I put in myself a few years ago. Mike was up front and transparent about the pricing. It came out way better than I had pictured and added so much elegant curb appeal to my property! I couldn't be happier with how it looks!
