About the Nursery

Christmas Tree Farm. Top products: Choose-and-cut Christmas trees, Pre-cut Christmas trees, Decorated wreaths, Grave covers. Anne Ellen Christmas Tree Farm is a long-standing horticultural operation based in New Jersey with over 80 years of history. The farm manages a sprawling 50-acre property dedicated to the cultivation of more than 50,000 Christmas trees across five distinct varieties. Their primary business model focuses on seasonal retail, offering customers the choice to harvest their own trees or select from high-quality pre-cut inventory. Beyond tree cultivation, the farm serves as a seasonal destination, integrating traditional agricultural practices with festive event experiences. Their inventory is supported by the production of handmade holiday greenery, including wreaths and grave covers. The farm attracts local families and seasonal visitors, maintaining a focus on traditional tree-farming methods while operating an onsite Christmas-themed retail shop and interactive forest village. Their core operations emphasize the sale of live-grown holiday foliage.

Visited the farm during christmas time and had great fun with friends and family. Lot of activities and photo ops are placed for kids. We have had a great time visiting the place and spending quality time during holiday season.

We had tickets to visit Anne Ellen’s Christmas Tree Farm in Manalapan on November 25, 2025 for a 3:00 pm time slot. Around 1:00 pm — as we were actively getting our four young children ready to leave for the over one-hour drive — we received an email canceling our visit due to rain. While we understand that weather happens, the timing of the cancellation made it extremely difficult. With an infant, two toddlers, and a 6-year-old who is non-speaking autistic, preparing for an outing takes significant planning and coordination. A two-hour notice after we were already preparing to leave was very disappointing. We attempted to reschedule within the season, but as most families know, the end of the year is incredibly busy. Between four children, sports, school events, illnesses, holidays, and freezing temperatures that make outings challenging with small children, it became unrealistic to find another workable date. At the end of December, once it was clear we would not be able to use the tickets, I reached out to request either a refund for the unused tickets or a credit toward next season. Both were denied. There was no flexibility, no partial accommodation, and no effort to work with us despite the circumstances. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to offer even a credit transfer left us extremely disappointed. We were genuinely looking forward to making this a family tradition, but unfortunately the experience ended on a very negative note.

Nice lights , delicious hot chocolate, but they have lost the sense of Christmas, I didn't see any representation of what Christmas is about, the Birthday of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior!! #Christistheking

Magical!!! I can’t say enough good things about this place. Absolutely magical!!! It has it all, adorable animatronics that evoke a sense of wonder for all ages (I fell in love with the gingerbread house) a wonderful Santa, adorable shops and sweet staff. We loved walking around the grounds and it was the perfect size for our 5yr old. There are little fireplaces placed around for warmth and a hot cocoa station. We were so impressed and plan on making this our annual holiday adventure.

The lights are beautiful and it's just big enough for toddlers to go through without losing their attention! There is ample parking and staff were friendly and courteous! There are several photo opportunities to take your own photos as well as a professional photographer when you first enter. There is a food truck and a gourmet hot cocoa truck and prices are reasonable. I enjoyed it just as much as my grandson ❤️
