They sold, delivered and installed 4 Emerald Green trees to us. One of them is sick, most likely dead. I called and spoke with them, I've communicated with them via email, included photos. They shift all the blame on the customer, refuse to accept any responsibility or liability. They blame insect infestation, I watered too much, poor soil, etc. Nonsense. The neighboring trees within feet of the dead tree magically don't have an insect infestation or poor soil? I live within 2 miles of the business, frankly it's shameful that they conduct business in this manner, that they treat "locals" this way. It's clear they're not going to assist or make good on it, I know that. They hide behind their policies and shift blame to anyone but themselves. Lesson learned.

My belly is so big Brisket is prob the best item here. Hamburger and fired shrimp is solid and the sausage also notable. Medium items are Steak… and everything else
Beware of the LIQUID FENCE. Broken valve shot off when I turned on water and it was in OFF position. I bought 2 bottles at $12.99 which is a great price until you lose at least 1/2 of one due to faulty valve. Do not buy this product.
Nice people and a great stock of plants but they're prices are nearly double that of Gasco's Farm only five miles away
UPDATE: To the business owner who commented: I am not a bot, nor is there an 'abnormal pattern' to 1 stars reviews. It seems you would rather dismiss legitimate customer complaints than accept feedback and improve your service. The fact that multiple other customers left one-star reviews on the exact same day speaks volumes about your customer service. Good luck with your business. Don't fall for the cheap prices. I deeply regret not reading the reviews before coming here. The customer service is nonexistent and incredibly rude. When I asked where a specific plant was located, the woman working in the back outdoor area just pointed vaguely and snapped, "Right there," without any further explanation. The entire section was so cluttered that it was impossible to find anything. When I asked her to clarify, she walked over, pointed again, like I couldn’t understand English. To make matters worse, I later overheard her complaining to her coworker, saying she "doesn't understand why people ask questions when they have phones to look things up." Unprofessional, gossipy, and trashy behavior. Avoid this place.
