First of all i don't make a habit to fo bad reviews but being a very well established customer with them and a disappointment and lack of customer service i decided too write this review. Plus I've been in business over 40 years selling to the professional level. Yesterday the garden manager told me the rose bushes were on sale and gave me the exact sale price. After deciding where i would place them in my garden I loaded them up onto a cart and pulled through the store to the cash register. A haul and a pain. When I mentioned to the cashier that they were on sale but they rung up full price. She brought over two managers and they both told me they weren't on sale and wouldn't give the sale even though I was told by their garden manger their employee and legal representative that they were on sale with the exact sale price. I was very disappointed and will make a major point to go elsewhere for my garden supplies and for any pet supplies. By the way I have purchase probably over 40 blueberry bushes along with fertilizer and acid acidifier for their planting in the last year or so. No more!!!!

Where do I start first I’ve been to this location multiple times and have had multiple problems with Hannah she was very rude over the phone and hung up on me and in person she is also very rude and doesn’t have a very good attitude safe to say I’ll be going to a different store now I hope they do something about this because it’s unacceptable to hang up on customers just asking a question who knows if I’m the only one she’s done it to I hope they fix this problem because I genuinely liked going into that store

Very disappointed in this location. Was shopping and overheard what I assume to be a manager tell an obviously overwhelmed employee that if she didn’t like what was going on to clock out and never clock in again. Left my cart in the store and left, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!
